telus mobility is the worst company ever to deal with ... there customer service is horible, they put people on the phone that has mental problems to deal with .. there is never a manager around to talk to ... I do not know why I stayed with them for so long ... over 15 years ... everytime I write a ba post they DELETE IT ... but I just signed a three year contract with them and had problems for 3 month with my phone and the features on it .. when I talked to 6 different people asking for a new phone .. they tell me that I signed the contract already and they can't do anything for me ....
Telus is a great company, I just resigned for a 3 year contract with all the usuals. unlimited text,250 daytime minutes, unlimited evenings/weekends and bundle 12. Next time i'll ask for unlimited data for free.

By where to start... In mars I calltelus to let them know then I was moving for may 1st. The guy on the phone tells me no problem my line will be move and ready for may 1st for a $25 fee. May 3rd, no line. I call from a pay phone. I got disconnected 3 TIMES!!! and every time it took 20 to 30 minutes and The representant had to start from the beginning fucking RETARD!! Once I completed my order, now then tell me, I need $200 deposit+$25 new charges fee. So I dont have the $200 so they tell me to call back when I got the money... After 2 Fucking hours on the phone!!! Then I call back again couple days later same shit gonna restart the order again and the closest date to install the line is 3 weeks down the road. At the end they didnt even need my 200 deposit which been credited to my account. They are THE worst fucking customer service I ever deal with of my life. Everybody is excessively useless. Nobody know what going on or even speak english properly. If I had the choice my home will be anything else then telus. DO NOT BUY TELUS PRODUCT THEY ARE A FUCKING RIP OFF!!!!
