telus is the worst company for customer service.... no managers that take your call .. I was on the phone with them for 4 hours and got nothing done ... just because I signed a three year contract 3 month ago and I got a bad phone and they have been trying to fix it since.. they will not give me a new phone unless I pay them again the full price of the phone which is $650 .. that is outragous. I have been their customer for over 15YEARS. but they do not care ...

Telus sold me a 3 year contract in Manitoba in august 2009. The SENIOR Sales Rep assured me that full digital service would be available throughout Manitoba "within a few months, certainly by Christmas". My son sat in on the sale and is still laughing at his gullible Old Man.
Well its now May and the story is "may never happen". But the digital charges remain on my bill every month and it's basically the same as those who do provide the service.
TELUS VERBAL PROMISES ARE WORTH THE PAPER THEY WRITE THEM ON. BEWARE.

Telus is only out for the mighty dollar and doesn't care who they screw over! We had excellent service with them until may of 2013, then all of a sudden we had no service at all! Called telus they said we aren't supposed to have service and that there was nothing they could do. I argued the fact that I pay x amount of dollars for my service and only have half the service so I shouldn't be billed for the full time, they gave me a credit of $120, woohoo, woppy big deal. Then they said it was my phone, so I told them I want that fixed, I did get it replaced. When I got it replaced they said my contract was done and I no longer have a device balance, bull shit! Why is it big companies think its ok to lie and steal? I HATE TELUS!!!!

I like to classify forms of life that I encounter.
I have dealt with Telus customer service for many years but I have only been able to narrow the classification down to somewhere between vegetable and mineral.
