Mmmmm Telus gets "Madkasted"

I was first with shaw cable then, Telus started sending me letter saying they had a promotion of #65 monthly per bundle (cable,internet, TV) with the addition of a new laptop computer that would be sent within 4-6 weeks. Because of the low price and new laptop, I thought it was a good deal, through there over the phone representatives, I switched to Telus on Sept 29/11.We did'nt like thier basic cable so we called for additional channels. THey said we had to pay $80 per month instead of $65 because of the additional channels, I agreed. When the billing came, I was shocked because the came to $225.12. When I called Telus to inquire about the heightened bill they said it was because I was paying for 2 months (Sept29-Nov27/11). By Dec 4/11, roughly 8 weeks had passed and I had not receieved my laptop, as well, because of the multitude horrible selection of their basic cable, and phone calls cutting out I decided to discontinue service with Telus on Dec4/11. Telus said I had to return all of their equipments by 14 days. I ask how telus would like me to return their property, Telus replied by stating that sending their equipment back through the post office would be sufficient, I brought it to the post office and the clerk said there would be no charge since Telus will be handling it. The next bill for Telus arrived for Nov 29- Dec 29/11 cycle, for $108. I did not pay this bill because I cancelled the service Dec 4/11 and ther is no way my bill could have totalled $108 fo 5 days of service, instead I asked for a billing adjustment.Telus service had definitely stopped on DEc 4/11 my internet, phone and tv ceased to work. Finally, Telus last bill came for Dec 28/11 to Jan 28/11 amounting $1975.99. In short I lost trust and confidence with Telus and decided to go back to Shaw because Telus monthly charges were muchh higher than what they quoted over the phone, the phone service was not reliable and finally Telus did not give their promoted laptop in the alotted time 4-6 weeks. Because of the complaints stated above I am Refusing to pay this charges for 5 days Amounting $1975.99. I phoned Telus about these problem and they have credited me $574.60 for the laptop and $600 for tho equipment that I have returned, but my bill still high amounting $534.60 (cancellation fee + TV, internet and phone for 5 days)For me this charges are Ripoff.
